Description

SKF has long been a leader in the design and development of seals, inventing the first integrated shaft seal in 1928. Whenever a shaft rotates, it needs a bearing arrangement, and whenever there's a bearing, you'll find a seal helping it to reach its maximum service life and reliability. SKF grease seals have been on the road for more than a hundred years, keeping lubricant in and contaminants out. All of SKF's parts meet exacting testing requirements to ensure the longest life possible, meaning less time fixing and more time getting work done.

  • Grease seals provide protection against dirt and water contamination, extending bearing life.
  • Inspect regularly and replace any seals showing signs of wear, such as excessive grease buildup on the inside of the wheel hub or trailer rim.
