We also accept payment through PayPal! Sorry, we do not accept Personal or Business Checks, money orders or cashier's checks. Exceptions may be made on purchases over $5,000. Please contact Customer Service for more information.

UpStart Auto Parts & More is happy to offer express checkout options to help customers complete their orders quickly and securely. We currently offer 4 express checkout options: Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay & PayPal. We still offer the commonly used standard credit card method, however if you have these accounts setup you can save a little time at checkout.

Governing Law

These terms and every purchase from this store are between you and S&H RedBrick, LLC, doing business as UpStart Auto Parts & More, and are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any lawsuit about these terms or a purchase will be brought in the state or federal courts in Arizona, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section takes away any right you have under the consumer protection laws of the state where you live.

Multiple Product Orders

For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship by the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.

Tax Exempt?

Buying for a reseller, a school, a church or another tax exempt organization? Send your certificate to taxexempt@upstartautoparts.com once and we will flag your account, so sales tax comes off every order you place from then on. See Tax Exempt?.

Taxes

We add sales tax only to orders shipped to states where we are required to collect it. It is calculated automatically at checkout from your shipping address, so you will see the exact amount, if any, before you place your order. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply. If you are tax exempt, please email your certificate to taxexempt@upstartautoparts.com.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, UpStart Auto Parts & More shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. UpStart Auto Parts & More shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, UpStart Auto Parts & More will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price.
