Description
The SharkBite quarter turn angle stop valve controls water flow to household plumbing fixtures. It is used where the water pipe enters the room to allow for easy shut-off of water flow to the end fixture, enabling maintenance and repair without turning off water to the entire home.
- Lead-free chrome-plated DZR brass construction for durability and reliability.
- Control water flow to household fixtures.
- Use to connect to PEX pipe.
- Connect with copper crimp or stainless steel clamp ring system (rings and tool not included).
- Meets IAPMO, UPC, IPC, and cUPC requirements.
- Meets ASTM F1807 and F2098 requirements.
- The 1/2 inch Barb End can be connected to PEX Pipe using Copper Crimp Rings or Stainless Steel Clamps.
- The 1/4 inch Compression Outlet with the supplied ferrule and compression nut can be used with 1/4 inch O.D. Pipe or 1/4 inch Supply Line.
- Best suited for use on icemakers, humidifiers, water filtration systems, coffee makers, and swamp/evaporative coolers.
- End 1 Size: 1/2 inch, PEX Barb type.
- End 2 Type: Compression.
- Finish: Chrome Plated.
- Material: Brass.
- Maximum Pressure: 200 PSI.
- Maximum Temperature: 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
