The Motorcraft A/C Condenser Assembly is engineered to provide original equipment performance and reliability for Ford and Lincoln vehicles.
- Engineered to meet Ford engineering standards
- Core integrity and leak resistance tested with a 1,200 PSI burst pressure test
- Temperature extreme thermal cycling tests from minus 40 degrees F to over 250 degrees F
- Vibration tests simulate 20 years/300,000 miles of service
- Corrosion resistance test ensures structural integrity in highly corrosive conditions
- Stone damage test helps ensure resistance to road debris
- Designed to ensure refrigerant condensation and heat transfer performance meets Ford specifications
- Space and weight efficient, sized to provide optimum performance
- Premium aluminum construction helps resist corrosion and leaks, and maximizes refrigerant condensation for high heat transfer
- Core and fins designed for optimum airflow for maximum cooling of refrigerant
- Brackets and fixtures positioned to allow easy installation
- Some condenser assemblies include an integrated receiver dryer
