LubeGear LG-8ZFM Assorted Grease Fittings are manufactured from EN-1A steel, heat-treated, and zinc-plated for exceptional durability and corrosion resistance.
- Manufactured in an IATF 16949-approved facility
- Material: EN-1A steel, heat-treated
- Conforms to SAE J534 specifications on the greasing end
- Minimum Rockwell hardness: 83
- Case depth: 0.005 inch to 0.009 inch
- Ball check mechanism with heat-treated springs for extended functionality
- Zinc-plated steel for corrosion resistance (exceeds 72 hours salt spray life)
- Complies with SAE, DIN, BS, JIS, and IS standards
