Description

Forney's TruCut is a compact, 120-volt plasma cutter built for serious DIYers, farm and ranch operations, maintenance shops, and light fabrication that demand clean, precise cuts in a portable package. With an output range of 10 - 20 amps and inverter technology, this unit delivers a recommended clean cut of 1/4 inch (6.35 mm) steel at 6 - 12 inch per minute, and can sever up to 3/8 inch (9.525 mm), giving operators flexibility for sheet metal through light plate work. Featuring pilot arc and Drag Torch Technology, the TruCut maintains arc across rusty, painted and expanded metal after the cut is started, helping deliver consistent cutting and easier restarts. The built-in regulator and dryer help provide consistent air supply and extend consumable life. Weighing just 17.3 lb (7.9 kg) and paired with a 13 ft (3.96 m) torch lead, this machine is generator friendly and CSA certified, making it a great choice for mobile repair, on-site jobs and shop use.
