This fixture has an adjustable telescoping post to raise or lower the light for every growth stage. Grow plants in 5 ways by planting seeds in soil, plants in soil, seeds in Peat Jiffy-7 pellets and soil (not included), hydroponic growth with grow sponge plugs and baskets (not included), and potted plants. Convenient settings allow you to select a seedling, vegetation, or flowering growth mode and daily timer with 8/12/16/24-hour settings.
