Description
This Charlotte Pipe Schedule 40 PVC Cap is designed for pressure systems where temperatures will not exceed 140 degrees F. It is highly resilient with high-tensile and high-impact strength, offering better sound deadening qualities than PVC Schedule 40 DWV Foam Core and ABS Foam Core.
- Conforms to standards: ASTM D 1784, ASTM D 2466, NSF 14 and 61
- White fittings for potable water applications only
- Intended for pressure use
- Used in irrigation, underground sprinkler systems, swimming pools, outdoor applications, and cold water supply lines
- For use where systems will not exceed 140 degrees F
- Requires primer and solvent cement for installation
- No special tools required for cutting
