Description
This Charlotte Pipe Schedule 40 PVC Reducing Bushing is designed for pressure systems with temperatures not exceeding 140 degrees Fahrenheit. It offers high resiliency, tensile strength, and impact strength, along with better sound-deadening qualities than PVC Schedule 40 DWV Foam Core and ABS Foam Core. Installation requires primer and solvent cement.
- Conforms to standards: ASTM D 1784, ASTM D 2466, NSF 14 and 61
- White fittings for potable water applications only
- Intended for pressure use in irrigation, underground sprinkler systems, swimming pools, outdoor applications, and cold water supply lines
- Requires no special tools for cutting
- Installed with solvent cement
