Description
This Apollo PEX A Brass Straight Stop Valve is commonly used at point of use fixtures, allowing for repair and maintenance without shutting down flow control to the entire system. The 1/4 inch compression outlet provides the capability to install 1/4 inch O.D. tubing or 1/4 inch supply lines.
- Larger internal diameter of Apollo expansion PEX fittings results in a 25% greater flow rate within the system
- Constructed of chrome-plated lead-free dezincification resistant (DZR) brass for superior reliability and strength
- Item is not compatible with PEXb pipe, crimp-style (ASTM 1807) or pinch clamp (ASTM F2098) piping systems
- A cold-expansion tool (sold separately) is required for installation
- Meets UPC, IPC and cUPC standard
- NSF listed
- Meets or exceeds ASTM F1960 standard
- Maximum Pressure: 200 PSI
- Maximum Temperature: 200 degrees Fahrenheit
