WIX HD Oil Filters feature a cellulose/poly/glass media with contaminant holding capacity that out performs many of our top competitors with contaminant removal as small as 8 micron. High strength, corrosion resistant cans, center tubes, and end caps with superior sealing components insure a leak resistant, long lasting, high performing oil filter.. WIX Oil Filters provide excellent engine protection using conventional and synthetic (when recommended by the OE vehicle manufacturer) motor oil for normal and severe driving conditions such as dirt roads, construction sites, stop and go traffic, short trips, interstate travel, throughout the OE manufactures recommended oil and filter change interval. When applicable, WIX silicone anti-drain back protects against dry engine starts past the traditional filter change interval. WIX filters are recommended for OEM oil and filter change intervals.
